How to Connect Your WooCommerce Store to EasyChannel

Connecting your WooCommerce store to EasyChannel simplifies managing your products and inventory across platforms. Follow these steps to connect your store and start syncing your catalog.


Step 1: Access Integrations

  1. Log in to EasyChannel

  2. Open the Integrations Page

    • Click on the avatar in the bottom-left corner and select Integrations.


Step 2: Connect Your WooCommerce Store

  1. Select WooCommerce from the Integrations List

    • In the list of integrations, click on WooCommerce to start the process.

  2. Provide Your WooCommerce Store URL

    • Enter your WooCommerce store URL in the provided field.

  3. Authorize Connection

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the connection.

  4. Confirm the Connection

    • Once the connection is successful, your WooCommerce store will appear as connected in EasyChannel.


Step 3: Automatic Product Import and Category Mapping

  • After successfully connecting your WooCommerce store:

    • Automatic Import: EasyChannel will begin importing your WooCommerce products.

    • AI-Powered Category Mapping: Categories will be automatically mapped to EasyChannel categories.

    • No Immediate Changes: Your product data will remain unchanged, allowing you to make adjustments as needed.

This step optimizes your catalog for cross-listing.


Step 4: Manual Import (Optional)

If you prefer to manually import or update products:

  1. Access the Products Catalog

    • Navigate to the Products Catalog in the left-side menu.

  2. Start the Manual Import

    • Click Import Products at the top of the page.

  3. Select Import from Channel

    • Choose Import from Channel and select your WooCommerce store.

  4. Configure Matching Parameters

    • Products are matched by SKU by default, but you can use other identifiers like Title.

    • Enable the option to update existing products with new data if needed.

  5. Begin the Import

    • Click Import to sync your WooCommerce products.
