How to Connect Your Amazon Store to EasyChannel

Integrating your Amazon store with EasyChannel helps you manage products, inventory, and orders across multiple platforms efficiently. Follow this guide to connect your Amazon store and get started.


Step 1: Access Integrations

  1. Log in to EasyChannel

  2. Open the Integrations Page

    • Click on the avatar in the bottom-left corner and select Integrations.


Step 2: Connect Your Amazon Store

  1. Select Amazon from the Integrations List

    • In the list of integrations, click on Amazon to start the process.

  2. Authorize Connection

    • You’ll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central.

    • Log in to your Seller Central account and approve EasyChannel’s access to your store.

  3. Confirm the Connection

    • Once authorized, your Amazon store will appear as connected in EasyChannel.


Step 3: Automatic Product Import and Category Mapping

  • After successfully connecting your Amazon store:

    • Automatic Import: Your Amazon products will start importing into the EasyChannel catalog.

    • AI-Powered Category Mapping: Amazon categories will be mapped to EasyChannel categories automatically.

    • No Immediate Changes: Your products won’t be altered during the import process, ensuring you maintain full control over adjustments.

This step prepares your products for cross-listing across other platforms seamlessly.


Step 4: Manual Import (Optional)

If you need to manually import or reconfigure products:

  1. Access the Products Catalog

    • Navigate to the Products Catalog in the left-side menu.

  2. Start the Manual Import

    • Click Import Products at the top of the page.

  3. Select Import from Channel

    • Choose Import from Channel and select your Amazon store from the dropdown.

  4. Configure Matching Parameters

    • By default, products are matched by SKU, but you can choose other options like Title or custom identifiers.

    • Enable the option to update existing products with new product data if needed.

  5. Begin the Import

    • Click Import to fetch your Amazon products.
