How to Manually Connect Your WooCommerce Store to EasyChannel

If you're looking to connect your WooCommerce store to EasyChannel manually using a REST API Key, follow these simple steps to get up and running:

Step 1: Access Integrations in EasyChannel

  1. Log in to your EasyChannel dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the lower left corner of your screen and click on the Profile Icon.

  3. From the menu, select Integrations.

  4. In the Integrations menu, locate and click on the WooCommerce Logo.

  5. Select Add WooCommerce Account.

Step 2: Switch to Manual Connection

  1. In the connection window, switch the tab from OAuth to Manual.

Step 3: Retrieve Your WooCommerce Store URL

  1. Log in to your WordPress account.

  2. From the WordPress dashboard, go to the WooCommerce menu and select Status.

  3. Copy your Store URL from the Status page.

Step 4: Generate WooCommerce API Keys

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, return to the WooCommerce menu and navigate to Settings.

  2. Click on the Advanced tab.

  3. Select the REST API section.

  4. Click on Add Key and fill in the required details to generate new API keys.

  5. Copy both the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.


Step 5: Enter Details in EasyChannel

  1. Go back to your EasyChannel dashboard.

  2. Paste your Store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret in the corresponding fields.

Step 6: Complete the Connection

  1. Once all the fields are filled out, click Add Account.

  2. Verify that your WooCommerce account has been successfully added to EasyChannel.
