How to Connect a Selling Channel

In this article we will show you how to connect your EasyChannel workspace with each of our compatible Selling Channels

EasyChannel makes managing everything happening across all of your storefronts quick and easy. To make this possible, first we have to get all of your marketplaces integrated into the EasyChannel workspace. In this article we will be going in depth into how to do exactly that with each of our compatible marketplaces, step-by-step. If you're looking for how to connect a specific marketplace, use the table of contents below to jump right to it.



Integration Screen

  • The Integration Screen is where you can connect EasyChannel to any of the compatible marketplaces.

  • To reach the Integration screen, click on the profile icon in the lower left-hand corner and choose Integrations from the pop-up menu, as pictured.

  • From here you can choose which marketplace you'd like to connect by selecting the corresponding Logo.


Connecting EasyChannel to your eBay store

  • From the Integration Screen, select the eBay Logo, marked in red below.

  • In the top left corner, select Add eBay Account, marked in red in the picture below, and click the blue Add button on the pop-up that will appear.

NOTE: You must be signed out of the eBay account you are connecting with EasyChannel before attempting this process for the integration to be successful

  • A new window will pop-up asking you to login into your eBay account. Once you login, eBay will ask for permission to connect with EasyChannel, select Agree and Continue.

  • Once you see the Success! screen, pictured below, your eBay account has been successfully connected with EasyChannel.


Connecting EasyChannel to your Amazon Marketplace

  • From the Integration Screen, choose the Amazon logo, marked in red below.

  • In the top left-hand corner select Add Amazon Account, marked in red below, and then select the Add button on the pop-up that appears, as shown.

  • Log in to your Amazon account, and select Agree to give Amazon permission to integrate with EasyChannel.

  • When you see the Success! screen your marketplace has been successfully added.


Connecting EasyChannel to your Etsy

  • From the Integration Screen, select the Etsy Logo, as shown below.

  • In the top left-hand corner select Add Etsy Account as marked in the screenshot below.

  • A pop-up window will appear prompting you to login into your Etsy account.

  • Once you have logged in successfully, a prompt will appear asking you to grant Etsy permission to integrate your shop with EasyChannel. Select Grant Access, as pictured.

  • Once you see the Success screen, your Etsy shop has been successfully integrated with EasyChannel.


Connecting EasyChannel to your Shopify

  • From the Integration Screen, select the Shopify logo, as seen below.

  • If you already have a Shopify account, select Add Shopify Account, marked in red below, if you need to create an account, you can use the Open a New Shopify Account button.

  • Once you click the Add Shopify Account button, a pop-up will prompt you to enter the link for your Shopify store.

  • Enter your store link in the corresponding field in the pop-up, as show below.

  • Shopify may ask for your permission to integrate your account with EasyChannel, once you see the Success screen, your store has been successfully integrated, as seen here.


Connecting EasyChannel to your BigCommerce account

  • From the Integration Screen, select the BigCommerce Logo, as shown below.

  • In the top left-hand corner, click the Add BigCommerce Account button, marked in red here.

  • A pop-up will prompt you to either login or signup for a BigCommerce account.

  • Once logged in, BigCommerce will ask for permission to integrate with EasyChannel, select Continue, as pictured, to complete the process.

  • Once you see the Success screen your store has been successfully connected.


Connecting EasyChannel to your WooCommerce account

  • From the Integration Screen, select the WooCommerce Logo, marked in red below.

  • In the top left-hand corner select Add WooCommerce Account.

  • A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter the site URL of your WooCommerce store.

  • This address can be found in your WooCommerce settings, here.

  • Once you add your URL, WooCommerce will ask for permission to integrate with EasyChannel, select approve to finish the process.

  • Once you see the Success screen your store has been successfully integrated.


Connecting EasyChannel to your Walmart Store

  • From the Integration Screen, select the Walmart Logo, marked in red below.

  • In the top left-hand corner, select the Add Walmart Account button.

  • A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your Walmart store information, as pictured.

  • This information can be found in your Walmart Seller Center.

  • Walmart may ask for permission to integrate your store with EasyChannel.

  • Once you see the Success screen, your store has been successfully integrated.
