How to Add BigCommerce to EasyChannel

This article will guide you through the steps of integrating your BigCommerce account with the EasyChannel platform.

EasyChannel offers the ability to integrate your BigCommerce account with our platform to allow you to manage your account from within EasyChannel. Below you will find an easy step-by-step guide on how to connect your account and ensure your integration is active.


Navigating to the Integration Screen

The first thing we need to do is find our way to the Main Integration screen. This is where we can connect all of our different storefronts to the EasyChannel platform. We can do this by clicking on the Profile Icon in the lower-left-hand corner of the screen and choosing Integrations from the menu.


This brings us to our Main Integration screen. From here, we need to select the BigCommerce logo to get to the BigCommerce Integration screen.



On our BigCommerce Integration screen, we can click Add BigCommerce Account to begin the Integration process.




Connecting your BigCommerce Account

Once you select Add BigCommerce Account, a pop-up will appear prompting you to either login to your existing account or create a new account. For the sake of this tutorial, we will assume you already have an account created.


The next pop-up will prompt you to enter your login credentials. Do so, and then click Login.


If you have multiple accounts, you may be prompted to select the channel you wish to connect.


The same applies if you have multiple storefronts connected with a single account, you will be asked to choose the store you wish to connect. Click Continue when finished.


You will then need to confirm that you grant EasyChannel access to your BigCommerce storefront.


A success window pop-up tells you the process has been completed.




Verifying your Integration

To verify that your BigCommerce has been successfully connected, first check your Main Integration screen. There should now be an account listed under the BigCommerce logo.



If we click on the logo and go to our BigCommerce Integration screen, we can see our account details in the list.


Your BigCommerce account is now connected and ready to go!
