You edit products in the Product Catalog. Open one product to change any of its details, or tick several and change them together with Bulk Actions.

How do I edit one product?
Click Product Catalog in the left menu.
Find the product. Use the search box at the top, or Add Filter.
In the Actions column, click the pencil icon (Edit Product).
The Edit Product screen opens. It has the same sections as Create Product: Media, General Details, Identifiers, Pricing, Description, Size and Weight, Inventory, Internal Notes, Variations, Additional Channel Specs and Custom Attributes.
Change the fields you need.
Click Save or Save & Exit. These buttons appear once you change something.
To leave without saving, click Cancel and confirm with Yes, discard.
At the bottom of the screen, View Product Log and View Inventory Log open the product's change log and inventory log.
How do I edit many products at once?
Tick the box next to each product you want to change.
Click Bulk Actions and choose an action under Editing.

Find and Replace | Replace text across the ticked products. |
Copy Values Between Attributes | Copy one attribute's value into another. |

Set Warehouse Inventory, Remove Warehouse from Products | Set warehouse stock, or remove a warehouse from the products. |
Add Images to Products | Add images to many products. |
Set/Update Compatibility, Set/Update GPSR | Set vehicle compatibility or GPSR details. |
Export To CSV (and the bundle and compatibility exports) | Export the ticked products to a CSV file. |
Remove Products from Catalog | Take the products out of your catalog. |
Can I edit products with AI?
Yes. Tick the products and open the AI menu next to Bulk Actions. It has Generate Titles, Generate Descriptions, Generate Bullet Points, AI Custom Prompt and Edit with Instructions, plus image actions: Image Background Removal, Image Resize and Add Watermark.
How do I update my live listings after editing?
Editing a product changes your catalog. To send the change to the product's listings, use the Revise actions under Bulk Actions > Listings. See How to Revise Listings in EasyChannel.
FAQ
Why are Bulk Actions and AI greyed out?
No product is ticked. Tick at least one product first.
What are the other icons in the Actions column?
Duplicate Product makes a copy of the product, and Remove Product removes it from your catalog.
