You can change stock in EasyChannel one SKU at a time from the Inventory Management grid, from the product page, or for many SKUs at once.

How do I change one SKU's stock?
Open Product Catalog, then Inventory Management > Inventory Management.
Find the SKU. Use the search box with SKU: or Title:. A product with variants has one row per variant.
Click the pencil next to the number in the On Hand column.
The Inventory Settings window opens. Type the new quantity in On Hand for the warehouse.
Optional: type a Bin Location, the product's position on the warehouse shelf.
Click Save & Exit. The grid shows the new quantity.
đĄ On Hand is all the units in that warehouse. Available is what is left after units reserved for open orders.
How do I add stock in another warehouse?
Click the pencil on the SKU's row.
Open the Add Warehouse list and pick a warehouse. It is added to the table.
Type its On Hand quantity. Total Inventory adds up all the warehouses.
Click Save & Exit. The row now lists both warehouses.
The list ends with Manage Warehouses. To create a new warehouse first, see Warehouses and Priority in EasyChannel. To take a warehouse off this SKU, click the x on its row before you save.
Can I change stock from the product page?
Yes. The same window opens from the product:
In Product Catalog, click the pencil on the product to edit it.
In the section menu, click Inventory, then Edit Inventory.
Change On Hand and click Save & Exit.
Click Save, then Save to Catalog.
â From the product page, Save & Exit only closes the window. The change is saved when you click Save and Save to Catalog.
How do I update many SKUs at once?
Tick the rows in the Inventory Management grid.
Click Update Inventory. The Set Warehouse Inventory window opens.
Choose the warehouse.
Choose Set Quantity to a number, or Increase or decrease the quantity by a number.
Optional: a Bin Location for all the selected products, and Include variations.
Click Update.
The window notes that it only updates or adds the chosen warehouse on the selected products. To update from a file instead, see How to Update Inventory in Bulk Using a CSV File in Easychannel.
FAQ
Can I see past changes?
Yes. The Inventory Log at the bottom of the Inventory Settings window lists each change with the date, event, user, warehouse, old and new quantity.
Will my channels get the new quantity?
Only if inventory sync is on for that channel. See Inventory Sync Settings in EasyChannel Explained.
