Where is Inventory Management?

In the left menu, open Product Catalog. In the menu next to it, expand Inventory Management. It has three pages:

  • Inventory Management: the stock grid.

  • Warehouses: your warehouses and their priority.

  • Logs: inventory events.

The EasyChannel Product Catalog menu with Inventory Management selected and the Multichannel Inventory Management grid.

The page is called Multichannel Inventory Management and is marked Open Beta.

What does the stock grid show?

Each row is one SKU in one warehouse. A product with variants has a row for each variant SKU, for example one row per color. If a SKU has stock in two warehouses, its row lists both.

FAQ

Why does one product have several rows?

Each variant has its own SKU, so each gets its own row with its own stock.

Where do I see who changed a quantity?

Click the pencil on the row. The Inventory Log at the bottom of the window lists each change with the user.
