How to Manage Your Inventory with EasyChannel

An overview of inventory in EasyChannel: the stock grid, warehouses and priority, changing stock, sync settings, bundles and limits.

Written by Avi Assa

EasyChannel keeps one stock count per SKU, split across your warehouses, and can send it to every channel you sell on. This overview shows where each part lives and links to the full guides.

In this article:

Where do I see my stock?

Open Product Catalog, then Inventory Management > Inventory Management. Each row is a SKU with its warehouse, On Hand, Available and Reserved. Variants have their own rows.

The EasyChannel inventory grid with the On Hand, Available and Reserved column headers highlighted.

How do warehouses work?

Stock sits in warehouses. When a product has stock in two warehouses, new orders take it from the higher-priority one. The starred warehouse is your default.

How do I change stock?

  • One SKU: click the pencil in the On Hand column, change the quantity, and click Save & Exit.

  • Another warehouse: in the same window, pick one under Add Warehouse and type its quantity.

  • Many SKUs: tick the rows and click Update Inventory.

How does stock reach my channels?

Inventory Sync Setting by Channel decides, for each channel account, whether price and stock changes are sent to it and whether its orders update your stock.

What about bundles, limits and CSV files?
