Step 1: Access Inventory Management
Log in to EasyChannel
Go to easychannel.com/login and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to the Products Catalog
Select the Products Catalog from the left-side menu.
Open Inventory Management
Click on the Inventory Management tab within the catalog to view stock levels for all your products.
Step 2: Enable Real-Time Inventory Sync
Select a Channel
Go to the settings for the channel you want to enable inventory sync for (e.g., eBay, TikTok, Amazon).
Activate Inventory Sync
Enable the Inventory Sync toggle to ensure stock levels are automatically updated in real time across the selected marketplace.
Set "Up to Quantity" Limits (Optional)
Use the "Up to Quantity" feature to limit the maximum stock displayed on the marketplace.
