How to Sync Inventory Across Channels Using EasyChannel

Keeping your inventory synchronized across multiple sales channels is essential to avoid overselling and maintain accurate stock levels. EasyChannel simplifies inventory management with real-time syncing and customization options. This guide explains how to manage and sync inventory across your connected channels.


Step 1: Access Inventory Management

  1. Log in to EasyChannel

  2. Navigate to the Products Catalog

    • Select the Products Catalog from the left-side menu.

  3. Open Inventory Management

    • Click on the Inventory Management tab within the catalog to view stock levels for all your products.


Step 2: Enable Real-Time Inventory Sync

  1. Select a Channel

    • Go to the settings for the channel you want to enable inventory sync for (e.g., eBay, TikTok, Amazon).

  2. Activate Inventory Sync

    • Enable the Inventory Sync toggle to ensure stock levels are automatically updated in real time across the selected marketplace.

  3. Set "Up to Quantity" Limits (Optional)

    • Use the "Up to Quantity" feature to limit the maximum stock displayed on the marketplace.

      • Example: If you have 100 units in stock but want to show only 50 on TikTok, set the "Up to Quantity" to 50.

  4. Save Settings

    • Click Save to apply the changes.


Step 3: Update Inventory in Bulk

  1. Select Products

    • In the Products Catalog, use checkboxes to select multiple products.

  2. Choose Bulk Inventory Update

    • Click on the Bulk Actions button and select Update Inventory.

  3. Adjust Stock Levels

    • Enter the new stock quantity for all selected products.

      • Example: Increase stock levels for a new shipment or set products to "Out of Stock" temporarily.

  4. Save Changes

    • Confirm the update to sync the new inventory levels across all connected channels.


Step 4: View Inventory Logs

  1. Track Changes

    • Navigate to the Inventory Logs tab in the Products Catalog.

    • Review detailed records of inventory adjustments, including changes made manually or via sync.

  2. Identify Issues

    • Use the logs to identify discrepancies or errors in stock levels.

    • Correct issues directly in the Products Catalog and re-sync.
