To connect a BigCommerce store to EasyChannel, open your profile menu, choose Integrations, click the BigCommerce card and click Add BigCommerce Account. EasyChannel asks for your Store URL; click Add Store, then sign in on BigCommerce, choose the store and confirm EasyChannel's access. The store then appears on the BigCommerce Accounts page.

In this article:

1. Click your profile picture at the bottom of the left menu and choose Integrations.

2. Click the BigCommerce card, then Add BigCommerce Account.

3. In the Add Bigcommerce Store window, type your Store URL. The window explains: “Please input your Bigcommerce store URL to proceed with the integration.”

4. Click Add Store.

BigCommerce then walks you through its own screens. These screenshots are from BigCommerce and can look a little different on your account.

5. Choose Log in if you already have a BigCommerce store, or Sign up for a new one.

6. Sign in with your BigCommerce login.

7. If your login has more than one account or store, choose the one to connect and click Continue.

8. Review what EasyChannel will be able to access and click Confirm.

Go back to Integrations. The BigCommerce card counts your connected accounts, and the BigCommerce Accounts page lists them with a Token Status column.
