How to Connect Your Stores to EasyChannel

Connect eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, BigCommerce or WooCommerce to EasyChannel from the Integrations page, and see what each one asks for.

Written by Avi Assa

You connect every store to EasyChannel from one page: open your profile menu, choose Integrations, and click the card of the channel you sell on. Each channel page has an Add … Account button. eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify and Walmart send you to the marketplace to sign in and accept; BigCommerce and WooCommerce ask for your store URL first. This page explains the Integrations page and what each channel asks for, with a link to the full guide for each.

Where is the Integrations page?

  1. Click your profile picture at the bottom of the left menu.

  2. Choose Integrations in the menu that opens.

The page opens on All Integrations. The menu next to it also lists the accounts pages you use most, such as eBay Accounts and Amazon Accounts.

What do the cards on the Integrations page show?

Under Marketplaces, EasyChannel shows one card per channel: eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Walmart, Meta, Google Shopping, TikTok and Zapier. Each card counts the accounts you have connected, for example “2 accounts”. A red dot next to the count means a connection on that channel needs attention.

What does each channel ask for?

Channel

How you connect it

Add Amazon Account, choose your Amazon marketplace, click Add, then sign in on Amazon and accept.

Add Etsy Account, click Add, then approve on Etsy. You need an active Etsy shop.

Shopify

Add Shopify Account opens Shopify's sign-in. Open A New Shopify Account is for sellers without a store yet.

Walmart

Add Walmart Account, choose your Walmart marketplace (US), click Add Store, then accept on Walmart. Open A New Walmart Account is for new sellers.

BigCommerce

Add WooCommerce Account, choose OAuth or Manual. On OAuth, type your Store URL and click Add Store.

Channels that send you to the marketplace: eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart

For these, EasyChannel never asks for your marketplace password. You sign in on the marketplace itself and accept, and the marketplace gives EasyChannel a token. The Walmart window explains it the same way as the others: “On the next step we will redirect you to Walmart. Please press accept to share your token with us.”

Channels that start with your store URL: BigCommerce, WooCommerce

BigCommerce asks: “Please input your Bigcommerce store URL to proceed with the integration.” WooCommerce offers two ways in, OAuth and Manual; the OAuth tab asks for your Store URL.

What else is on the Integrations page?

Below the marketplaces, the same page connects tools that are not stores:

  • API and MCP: connect your own software or an AI assistant to EasyChannel (see Connect an AI assistant to EasyChannel with MCP).

  • Product Importer: a Chrome extension, installed with Add to Chrome.

  • Social & Email Integrations: Meta, your email inbox and Instagram.

How do I know a connection needs attention?

Each connection works through a token, the permission the marketplace gave EasyChannel when you accepted. Tokens can expire. EasyChannel warns you in three places:

  • a red dot on the channel's card on the Integrations page;

  • the Token Status column on the accounts page (on eBay and Amazon, for example), which shows Invalid with a Renew Token button;

  • a Dashboard banner, “Some of your accounts have a token issue”, with its own Renew Token button.

Click Renew Token and accept on the marketplace again.
