To connect an eBay store to EasyChannel, open your profile menu, choose Integrations, click the eBay card, click Add eBay Account, pick your eBay marketplace and click Add. EasyChannel sends you to eBay, where you sign in and accept. Two things decide whether the right store connects and syncs: sign out of eBay first, and choose eBay Motors if you sell car parts.

Where do I connect eBay in EasyChannel?
Every store connection in EasyChannel lives on the Integrations page.
Click your profile picture at the bottom of the left menu.
Choose Integrations in the menu that opens.
The Integrations page shows one card per channel. Each card counts the accounts you have connected, for example ā1 accountā. A red dot next to the count means one of those connections needs your attention.
Click the eBay card to open the eBay Accounts page.
How do I add an eBay account?
Sign out of eBay in your browser first (see the warning below).
On the eBay Accounts page, click Add eBay Account.
In the Add an eBay account window, open Choose your eBay marketplace and pick the eBay site your store sells on.
Click Add.
EasyChannel redirects you to eBay. Sign in to the store you want to connect and accept, so eBay shares a token with EasyChannel.
Back in EasyChannel, the store appears as a row on the eBay Accounts page, with its username, currency, display name, marketplace and token status.
ā ļø Sign out of any active eBay session before you click Add. EasyChannel connects whichever eBay account the browser is signed in to, so a session left open on another store connects the wrong store.
Which eBay marketplace should I choose?
Choose the eBay site where your listings live. The list in the Add an eBay account window has 22 entries: United States, eBay Motors, UK, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium (Dutch), Belgium (French), Canada (French), France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Spain and Switzerland.
If you sell car parts, choose eBay Motors. The window says it plainly: āIf you are selling car parts, please choose eBay Motors from the dropdown, otherwise your listings and orders won't be synchronized.ā
How do I add another eBay country?
If the same eBay account sells on more than one eBay site, add the extra sites as regions of that account instead of connecting it again.
On the eBay Accounts page, click Add New Region to an Existing Account (it carries a green FREE label).
In the Add Marketplace window, pick the Marketplace country and the eBay account to add it to.
Click Add.
Extra eBay countries cost nothing. In EasyChannel's words: āYou can add unlimited eBay marketplaces to your account for free. Adding more marketplaces will not count against the limit on account slots included in your plan.ā
Next to it, Add eBay Motors Account is also marked FREE.
What does Token Status mean?
When you accept on eBay, eBay gives EasyChannel a token: the permission to read and update your store. Tokens can expire. The Token Status column on the eBay Accounts page shows whether the token still works.
Invalid with a warning icon means EasyChannel can no longer reach that store. Click Renew Token on the same row and accept on eBay again.
The red dot on the eBay card of the Integrations page points to the same problem.
The Dashboard shows a banner too, āSome of your accounts have a token issueā, with its own Renew Token button.
Troubleshooting
The wrong eBay store connected
Your browser was still signed in to another eBay account when you clicked Add. Sign out of eBay, or use a private browser window, and add the account again. A private window is the easiest way to add a second eBay account, because eBay will not sign you straight into the first one.
My eBay Motors listings and orders are not syncing
The account was probably connected under United States instead of eBay Motors. Connect it again and choose eBay Motors in Choose your eBay marketplace, or use Add eBay Motors Account.
The eBay card has a red dot
Open the eBay card and look at Token Status. If it says Invalid, click Renew Token and accept on eBay.

No. EasyChannel lets you add unlimited eBay marketplaces to an account for free, and they do not count against the account slots in your plan.

Do I need eBay Motors if I sell car parts on eBay US?
Yes. EasyChannel warns that car-parts sellers must choose eBay Motors, otherwise listings and orders will not sync.
