What does Token Status mean?

The token is the permission Amazon gave EasyChannel when you accepted. It can expire. The Token Status column on the Amazon Accounts page shows whether it still works.

  • If it shows Invalid, click Renew Token on that row and accept on Amazon again.

  • The red dot on the Amazon card and the Dashboard banner “Some of your accounts have a token issue” point to the same problem.
