EasyChannel allows you to view, update, and resolve issues with listings categorized by their status: Active, Ended, Draft, or Errored. Step 1: Access Live Listings
Log in to EasyChannel
Go to easychannel.com/login and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to the Products Catalog
Select the Products Catalog from the left-side menu.
Filter Listings by Status or Channel
Use filters to view listings by their status:
Active: Products currently live on the marketplace.
Ended: Listings that are no longer live.
Draft: Products saved but not yet published.
Errored: Listings with issues preventing publication.
You can also filter by channel to focus on a specific marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Etsy).
Step 2: Manage Listings by Status
Active Listings
Edit Active Listings:
Click on an active product to update its:
Title or Description: Refine for better search visibility.
Images: Add, replace, or remove photos to improve listing quality.
Custom Attributes: Update fields such as material, color, or size.
Save changes to sync updates with the marketplace.
Ended Listings
Re-Publish Ended Listings:
Select the ended product and click Re-Publish.

Draft Listings

Resolve Errors:

Confirm changes and let EasyChannel sync them with the marketplace.
