EasyChannel User Interface: Where Everything Is

Find your way around EasyChannel: the left menu, the Dashboard, Product Catalog, Listings, Helpdesk, Orders, Marketing, Reports and your profile menu.

Written by Avi Assa

EasyChannel has one main menu on the left of every screen. Its work areas are Dashboard, Product Catalog, Listings, Helpdesk, Orders, Contacts, Marketing and Reports. Search and Notifications sit on top, and Get Help and your profile picture sit at the bottom. Each section then opens its own menu in a second column. This guide shows what is in each one and where to go next.

What is in the left menu?

The menu is narrow until you point at it; then it opens to show the names. From top to bottom:

  • Search: opens the search box. The keyboard shortcut is ⌘+K on a Mac.

  • Notifications: your EasyChannel notifications.

  • Dashboard to Reports: the eight work areas described below.

  • Get Help and your profile picture, at the bottom (see Profile menu and Get Help).

Dashboard

The Dashboard is a quick view of your sales across all connected accounts: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days and Last 30 Days cards with sales, profit and orders, a Sales Channel Statistics chart, and panels for store limits and feedback. Use the All accounts selector at the top to look at one store.

When a store connection needs renewing, the Dashboard shows a banner, “Some of your accounts have a token issue”, with a Renew Token button.

Product Catalog

The Product Catalog holds every product you sell, once, whatever channel it is on. Its second column has:

  • Action Required: products that need attention, such as Missing Products Category and Duplicate Products.

  • Products: All products, one view per connected store, and your Custom Segments (saved filters), with Add New Segment.

  • Products Settings: product categories, the Categories Mapper and more.

  • Inventory Management and Integrations.
