Where do imported products end up?
In your Product Catalog. The extension never lists anything for sale. You publish the products to your channels from EasyChannel when you are ready.
Each product is filed under the Catalog account set in the extension's Settings. By default, that is the account you have selected in EasyChannel at the time you import.
The extension generates a SKU for each product with the SKU template chosen in Settings, a moment after the import.
Variations come in as child products of one catalog product, each with its own SKU.
â Check the Media section of each imported product before you publish it. An import can bring in extra photos from the store page, such as pictures of other products.
Which websites can I import from?
Website | How it is read |
eBay (19 sites), Amazon (16 sites), AliExpress and Walmart | The extension reads the listing and shows the fullest preview. |
44 more stores, including Temu, Shein, Etsy, Target, Costco, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Alibaba, 1688, Vinted, Reverb, Argos and vidaXL | EasyChannel reads the page with its own rules for that store. |
Any Shopify store | EasyChannel reads the store's own product data. |
Any other product page | Only what the page states about itself: up to 6 photos, the title and the price. |
If the extension cannot read the site you are on, the popup shows Request a website (âWe add new sites within 1 day.â). Click it to send the site to EasyChannel.
What can I change in Settings?

The History tab lists your last 20 imports, newest first, one row per product.
A green dot means it was imported. Open in EasyChannel opens the product.
