Today we are going to be discussing Bulk Actions in your Product Catalog. Using Bulk Actions in your catalog can save you tons of time by letting you complete actions across large number of products at one time. First, we will show you how to select items for Bulk Actions, then we will go through the Bulk Action options briefly.
Selecting Products to Apply Bulk Actions to
First, we need to reach our Product Catalog. We do this by using the main menu on the left-hand side of the screen and clicking the Products tab.
Next, we want to make sure we are in the All section of our Product Catalog.
You can now select the Products you would like to apply the Bulk Action to by using the left-hand pane in your Product Catalog to check the boxes of the desired items.
Once your items are selected you are now ready to apply the Bulk Action desired by clicking on the Bulk Action menu and selecting the desired option.
Bulk Actions for the Product Catalog
There are two sections of options for Bulk Actions for the Product Catalog. These are Editing and Listings. Let's look at the Editing options first.
Here we have the ability to Bulk Edit Product Attributes, Categories, or Tags. We can also adjust our Warehouse Inventory, use the Find and Replace tool to make changes to every instance of a word or phrase, or Remove a Product from the Catalog all together. Now let's look at the bottom section of the menu.
This is where you can Bulk Link/Unlink your products to their counterpart Listings on your connected storefronts. This is also where you can edit the listings you have already linked to your Product Catalog.
