EasyChannel lets you create bundles of products to sell together under one unique SKU number with its Bundles and Kits tool. Today we will show you how to create these one-of-a-kind offerings so you can offer your customers just the right selection, no matter the situation.

How Bundles Work

Bundles are groupings of products you create in your catalog to represent a single, sellable unit. It's important to note:

  • Creating a Bundle in EasyChannel does not automatically generate a listing for the bundle on your selling channels. You must create these Bundle Listings directly in your selling platforms.

  • Once a Bundle is created in EasyChannel's Product Catalog, our system will:

    • Track the availability of the Bundle based on the inventory levels of its individual components.

    • Automatically adjust the available quantity of the Bundle when you replenish inventory for its components.

For example, if a Bundle contains two pieces of Product A and three pieces of Product B, EasyChannel ensures the Bundle Quantity reflects the stock levels of both products.

Where to find Bundles and Kits

  • Bundles and Kits can be found in the Edit Product screen of your Product Catalog. First, get into your Product Catalog using the Product tab on your main menu. Make sure you are in the All section of your catalog.

  • Now we need to locate the Action Pane of the item we want to edit. For this example, we will look at the first item on the list.

  • Use the Pencil Icon to open the Edit Product screen.

  • Navigate to the Inventory tab.

  • Select Bundles and Kits to bring up the workspace.

Creating Bundles and Kits

  • To create Bundles and Kits, first make sure you are on the Edit Product screen of the first product you would like to include in your Bundle. Use the process described here to reach the Bundles and Kits screen.

  • Now, use the search bar to find the second product you would like to include in your Bundle. You can search by Title or SKU.

  • Choose your product from the list. Next, we have to input how many of that item is included in the Bundle. For this example, we will use 5.

  • The SKU for your new Bundle will be on the main Edit Product page underneath the Product Name.

Creating a Bundle via CSV

  1. Go to the Product Settings tab and select Import/Export Files.

  2. Choose the Import Bundles option.

  3. Download the Bundle CSV Template from the Import Mapping screen.

    • Follow the provided format to ensure smooth import.

  5. Upload the completed CSV file back into EasyChannel:

    • Map the columns in your file to the corresponding fields in EasyChannel.

    • Start the import process.

Adding Inventory to a Bundle

To add inventory to a Bundle:

  1. Update the inventory for the individual components in the Product Catalog.

  2. EasyChannel will automatically recalculate the available quantity of the Bundle based on the updated stock of its components.

For example:

  • If your Bundle requires 3 units of Product A and 2 units of Product B, and Product A is restocked, the Bundle's availability will adjust accordingly.

By managing Bundles effectively in EasyChannel, you can streamline inventory tracking and ensure your Bundle Listings on selling channels are always accurate.
