The Import button at the top of the Product Catalog brings products into your catalog in four ways:
Import Products from Channel: copy products from a connected store.
Import Products from URL: create products from product pages on eBay, AliExpress, Amazon or Walmart.
Create new products with CSV: add new products from a file.
Update products with CSV: change products you already have, from a file.

Import new products only (default) | Skips anything already in the catalog. |
Merge | Fills missing fields only. Existing data is never changed. |

To choose which fields identify the same product in your catalog and on the channel, open Advanced matching rules.

How do I import products from a CSV file?
Click Import > Create new products with CSV to add new products, or Update products with CSV to change existing ones.
Optional: download the Excel Import Products Template + Instructions at the top.
Under Choose CSV file, upload your file from your computer, an https link or FTP/SFTP. To import the file on a regular schedule, use Schedule.
Map each EasyChannel Products field to a column of your file, or leave it as Don't import. The mapping opens once a file is uploaded.
Click Start Import. To reuse this mapping later, click Save Mapping Preset first.
To create products, map at least SKU, Product Title, Description, Category, Condition and Currency. These are marked required.
Update products with CSV also has a Revise linked product listings option, which sends the changes on to the products' linked listings.
FAQ
Will importing from a channel overwrite my catalog?
Not by default. Import new products only skips products already in your catalog. Only Override replaces existing data.
Can I add a single product by hand?
My store is not in the Selling channel list. What do I do?
Connect it first. See How to Connect Your Stores to EasyChannel.
