Comprehensive Guide to Listing Management in EasyChannel

How products, listings and channels fit together in EasyChannel, and where to create, publish, revise, end and check your listings.

Written by Avi Assa

EasyChannel keeps your items in two places. The Product Catalog holds your products. Listings shows those products as they are listed on each connected channel. This guide shows where each task happens and links to the step-by-step articles.

In this article:

How do products and listings fit together?

  • A product lives in your Product Catalog. It is not on any marketplace until you publish it.

  • A listing is that product live on a channel, such as an eBay or Amazon account.

  • A linked listing is linked to its product in the catalog, so changes to the product can be sent to it.

EasyChannel has no Drafts tab. A product you have not published is your draft. See Products and Live Listings (Formerly Drafts).

What do I do in Listings?

  • Choose the store account in the box at the top of the Listings menu.

  • See listings by status: Active, Scheduled, Listings with Errors and more under Show more.

  • Find listings with the search box and Add Filter.

  • Check problems in Listings Manager > Error Log.

How do I keep prices and stock in sync?

Each connected store has its own Settings. There you choose:

  • Price Sync: whether price changes in your catalog update the store.

  • Inventory updates from product changes: whether quantity changes update the store.

  • Inventory updates from received orders: whether orders from the store update your EasyChannel stock.

FAQ

I changed a product. Why didn't my listing change?

Editing a product changes your catalog. Send the change to the listing with a Revise action, and check that the listing is linked. See How to Revise Listings in EasyChannel.

My store says "Token expired". What do I do?
