What is EasyChannel?

EasyChannel runs your eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart and other stores from one place: one catalog, one inbox, one orders view and automation.

Written by Avi Assa

EasyChannel is a multichannel e-commerce platform: you connect your stores, such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and TikTok, and manage their products, listings, buyer messages and orders from one account. Your products live once in the Product Catalog, and EasyChannel lists them on your channels, keeps stock in step, answers buyers and automates the routine work.

The video shows the first thing to do in EasyChannel: connect your stores from the Integrations page.

Which stores can I connect to EasyChannel?

The Integrations page lists eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Walmart, Meta, Google Shopping, TikTok and Zapier, plus EasyChannel's API, an MCP connection for AI assistants and the Product Importer Chrome extension. You open it from your profile menu.

One catalog for every channel

The Product Catalog holds each product once, with its photos, details, variants, price and stock, whatever channel it sells on. From there you:

  • filter and search the whole catalog, and save any view as a segment;

  • edit a product, including its stock per warehouse, with an inventory log of every change;

  • group products into your own categories and map each one to the marketplace's category with the Categories Mapper, by search or with AI Auto Map;

  • publish products to a channel with Publish To Channel.

Listings and cross-listing

Listings shows your products as they are listed on each channel, with segments for Active, Scheduled and Listings with Errors, and the Listings Manager. The Categories Mapper guide explains how mapping makes each product land in the right marketplace category.

One inbox for buyer messages

The Helpdesk collects buyer messages in one Inbox, sorted by ticket status (New Ticket, To Do, Awaiting Reply, Resolved). Auto Responders can answer common questions for you: there are five pre-made templates, such as “Where is my order”, and dynamic fields fill in details like the buyer's name and the tracking number from the order.

Orders, returns and contacts

Orders opens Orders & Disputes: orders from every channel, with segments such as Pending Shipment, Returns and Pick List, plus the Resolution Center and a Shipping Tracker. Contacts keeps your customers and leads, with segments for frequent, recent and repeat customers.

Automation and AI

  • Catalog automations run on their own when something happens, for example when inventory updates, or on a schedule. A filter decides which products they touch, and actions such as editing tags do the work. A typical one tags every product that sells out.

  • AI Auto Map maps your categories to marketplace categories for you, and never overrides a category you already mapped.

  • MCP connects an AI assistant such as Claude to your account. Claude can then read your products, listings and orders, edit products, add tags and publish listings, but it cannot delete anything. See Connect an AI assistant to EasyChannel with MCP.

Reports

Reports opens the Report Center (all reports and their history), Helpdesk Insights and Orders Insights. The Dashboard gives a quick daily view of sales, profit and orders across your accounts.
