Bulk Actions apply one change to every product you tick in the Product Catalog, instead of opening each product. They are split into Editing actions for the catalog products and Listings actions for their channel listings.

How do I open Bulk Actions?
Open Product Catalog.
Tick the products you want to change. Use a filter or a segment first to narrow the list.
Click Bulk Actions and pick an action. You can type in the menu's search box to find one.
The bar under the list shows how many products are selected. Click Clear selection to start again.
Which Editing actions are there?
Action | What it does |
Edit Product Attributes | Sets a field or custom attribute to a value on all ticked products. You can add more attributes, update only empty ones, and include variations. |
Edit Product Categories | Sets one catalog category. Type a new name and press Enter to create a category on the spot. |
Edit Product Tags | Adds or removes catalog tags. |
Find and Replace | Finds text in one attribute and replaces it, with Match case and Whole word only options. |
Merge Products | Greyed out when only one product is ticked. |
Copy Values Between Attributes | Copies the values of one attribute into another attribute. |
Set Warehouse Inventory | Sets stock in a warehouse. See How to Add or Edit Product Inventory in EasyChannel. |
Add Images to Products | Uploads images (from your computer, a URL or the Image Gallery) and places them after or before the current images, or at a position. The current images are kept. |
Set/Update Compatibility | Updates vehicle compatibility for an eBay account. |
Set/Update GPSR | Adds product safety (GPSR) details for an eBay account: manufacturer, documents, safety and hazard information, responsible persons, or a GPSR preset. |
Export To CSV, Export Bundles To CSV, Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV | Creates an export file of the ticked products with the fields you choose. Stock and warehouses are exported from Inventory Management instead. |
Remove Products from Catalog | Deletes the products from your EasyChannel catalog. You must type YES to approve. Their listings on your channels stay live. |
Many of these windows end with two Save Options: Save changes to catalog only, or Save changes to catalog and revise linked listings.

Set Policies: the shipping, return and payment policies for an eBay account. Update saves them on the products for the next publish or revise; Update & Revise also applies them to that account's active listings now.

FAQ
Why can I only change one product at a time?
On a trial account, bulk actions are limited to 1 product at a time.
Where are the AI actions?

Does Remove Products from Catalog end my listings?
No. The window says it “will not end your live or draft listings on your connected selling channels”. To end listings, use End Listings.
