The EasyChannel Listing Interface is a workspace built specifically to hold and organize all your listings from across your storefronts, and even from offline sources, to be edited, and deployed across your selling channels with the click of a button. Before we learn how to how to use the advanced tools, let's first familiarize ourselves with the Listings tab workspace and layout and learn how to navigate the interface.

The Listing Screen

  • The first thing we need to do is reach the Listing workspace. To do this we find the Listing tab on the main menu along the left-hand side of the screen, as shown here.

The Secondary Menu

  • Let's move our attention to the secondary menu. This menu contains all the different tools and screens contained within the Listing workspace. The secondary menu is located here.

  • Each section contains a dropdown menu that contains Tools and/or Settings to help you manage your Listing catalog. Let's go thru them one by one. The first is the Listings Segments section and when expanded it looks like this.

    Listings Segments

  • This section shows you a snapshot of your listings and how many you have in each status. If we look at the above figure, we see we have 138 Active Listings, 0 Drafts, 0 Scheduled, and 0 Ended Listings. You can click on each category to bring up the Listings filtered by that status.

  • The next section is the Listings Manager, let's see how it looks once we expand it.

    Listing Manager

  • The Listings Manager is where we can import listings via CSV files, set Business Policies for our eBay listings, Set Alerts and more.

  • This section contains a Video Library and Image Hosting space for you to store videos and images to be used in your listings created in the workspace.

  • The Error Log will display and errors being returned by your storefronts when attempting to publish your listings.

  • Let's move on to our next section, the eBay Ads section.

    eBay Ads

  • This screen allows you to manage all of your eBay ad campaigns across any connected eBay storefronts.

  • The blue Create Campaign button at the top of the workspace will bring up the Create Campaign screen, seen here.

  • The main workspace will also show you the results of your recently run campaigns, including Impressions, Clicks, and Sales.

  • Let's move on to our next section, the Digital Goods menu.

    Digital Goods

  • Digital Goods is for managing products that are digital in nature such as E-Books, Music, Digital Art, Etc.

  • EasyChannel Digital Goods Tools are available on usage-based subscriptions plans for interested users. To get a Digital Goods Plan use the blue button in the top bar of the workspace and subscription pop-up will appear.

  • Once subscribed, you can add your digital products to the Database and set the system to auto-deliver goods upon receipt of payment.

    Offers Manager

  • Moving on, let's take a look at the Offers section. This is where we can manually Send and Respond to Offers across our connected storefronts, as well as set how our storefronts automatically handle offers.

  • Your Offers Manager screen will show you a snapshot of the Offer activity across your storefronts. You can also see which of your items are eligible to send offers and send them right from EasyChannel's Offers Manager.

  • Offers Manager is currently only compatible with eBay Listings.

    Listing Designer

  • Let's continue to our next section, the Listing Designer. Here's what the menu looks like.

  • The Listing Designer lets you apply premade templates to your listings or create your own designs to save for future use. You can then set automation rules to apply the selected designs to new listings automatically.

    PDF CATALOG

  • Working our way toward the bottom of the secondary menu, we come to the PDF Catalog menu, pictured below.

  • The PDF Catalog Tool lets you use templates to create catalogs of your current listings across your storefronts in PDF form for download or marketing purposes.

  • From the Catalogs screen we can click the Create Catalog button to assemble a sample catalog.

  • The tool will assemble your catalog and notify you by e-mail when it is ready for download.

  • The Settings screen lets you adjust your Catalog title, description, and where it's shared.

  • Let's move on to the final section of the secondary menu, the Image Editor.

    Image Editor

  • The Image Editor let's you edit and apply changes to your listing images, right from EasyChannel.

  • To edit an image, hover over the image and select the Pencil Icon, as shown here.

  • That will bring your up your Image Editing window. Once you're done making changes to your image, click Save to apply the changes and exit.

  • To delete an image, just hover over the image and use the Trash Icon.

Top Bar

  • Next, we are going to be looking at the Top Bar portion of the Listings User Interface. When we say Top Bar we are referring to the area marked in red below.

  • This area contains several important buttons so let's look at each real quick and what they do.

  • First, is the Sync Listings button. This button will instruct EasyChannel to connect with your storefronts and pull the most recent Listing information into the EasyChannel Listing Database.

  • Next, is the Create Listing button. This can be used to open the Create Listing workspace to begin work on an entirely new listing.

  • Let's look at the Import Products button next. This will let you import products using CSV Files.

  • Finally, let's look at the Bulk Actions button, which allows you to apply the selected action to the items selected in the far left-hand column, as marked.

Listing Catalog

  • The last section of the Listing Interface that we are going to look at is the Listing Catalog. This is where all your listings are stored and displayed for easy access.

  • You can quick edit the Title, SKU, Price or Quantity right from the workspace, or you can use the Actions pane to bring up the full Edit Listing screen.

  • You can also duplicate or delete your listing from the Actions pane.

  • The bottom of your Listing Catalog shows you the total items in your catalog and allows you to navigate between pages.
