The process of getting your products listed for sale across your storefronts has been made extremely easy with our Product Catalog. Keep all your products in one place, keep track of inventory, list on different marketplaces, all without changing tabs. So today we are going to show you how to add Products into your catalog by Creating a New Product.

Products Tab

  • First, we need to reach our Products tab workspace. We do this by selecting Products from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen as shown below.

  • That should bring you to your Products tab workspace. It should look something like this.

Create Product

  • From your Product workspace you want to look along your Top Bar and select the blue Create Product button. We have marked the button in red in the image below.

  • This should open up the Create Product screen in the main workspace.

Product Info/Properties

  • The first information we need to fill out is the Product Info/Properties screen. This includes the Product Name, SKU, UPC, Condition, Etc.

  • Product Info/Properties is located on the very first tab of the Create Product screen.

  • Once completed click the blue Save button to save the information and move to the next tab.

  • For our in-depth article on Product Info/Properties, Click Here.

Description

  • The next tab is the Description tab. This is where we will write our description of our new product.

  • Once you have written your description, click the blue Save button to save your progress and advance to the next tab.

Images

  • In this tab we are going to add images to our product. You can do this by uploading from your device, entering the image URL, or simply dragging and dropping the image.

  • When your images are successfully uploaded, click the blue Save button to save your progress and advance to the next tab.

NOTE: Full in-depth information on Product Properties, Descriptions, and Images can be found in our Product Properties article, Here

Listings

  • The Listings tab is where we can add our created product to our connected storefronts. First, find the blue Add to Channel button, marked in red here.

  • Next, in the resulting pop-up window, we want to use the drop-down menu to select the storefront we want to add the listing to. In this example we will use an eBay store.

  • Next, we need to select the proper Mapping Template to use for that storefront to assure the Listing transfers properly. To learn more about Template Mapping and how to create them, visit our in-depth article, here.

  • Once we have the proper Template selected, we can go ahead and click the blue Publish as Live button to list our product.

Inventory

  • The next tab is the Inventory tab. This tab is divided into two sections, the first being the Warehouse Inventory section

  • This is where we can select which warehouse this product is stored at, set the current levels of inventory, and even set a Bin Location for help locating the product within the warehouse.

  • For more information about Warehouses and Inventory, Click Here.

  • The second section is the Bundles and Kits tab. This is where you can combine your new product with other products in your catalog to create package deals sold under a new SKU. Use the toggle marked with the red arrow in the image below to reach the Bundles and Kits screen.

  • For our in-depth article about Bundles and Kits and how to use them, Click Here.

  • Once you are ready, click the blue Save button to save your progress and continue to the next tab.

Variations

  • The next tab is where we will handle Product Variations. To add a Variation to your product, use the blue Create Product Variations button, marked in red in the image below.

  • This tool lets you add Variations like Size or Color to your product without the hassle of creating multiple listings. Just identify your variation, and select the relevant options from the dropdown menu, then click Apply.

  • Once you have your Variations set, click the blue Save button to save your progress and advance to the last tab.

Custom Attributes

  • The last tab is the Custom Attributes tab. This is where you can apply pre-made Custom Attributes to your created product. Custom Attributes is an advanced topic, so we have a complete in-depth article on it, Here.

  • Once you have applied your Custom Attributes, you can click the blue Save and Exit button. Your product should now be saved in your catalog on your main Products workspace.
